Highlights:

On July 30th, the largest regular season crowd in Busch Stadium history (53,415) watches the Cardinals defeat the Cubs, 10-7.

The Cards opened the season on a Sunday night for the only the second time in their history.  Lead-off man Ray Lankford cranked Jose Rijo's first pitch for a home run.

Geronimo Pena hits home runs from both sides of the plate in a single game.  (4/17/1994)

A players strike stopped the season and lasted until April 1995.  Needless to say there wasn't much point in a postseason...

(Tell me your highlights from 1994!)

No postseason this year due to the players strike.
