The Cardinals lost this game 10-6. Chris Carpenter didn't pitch all that well, bouncing a lot of pitches to the plate. The Cardinals were still in the game early, but just couldn't hold the Tigers late. Albert Pujols was 4-4 with a home run late in the game to add a little excitement, but too little too late to make a difference in the game. (More game info)
